We want you to feel comfortable ordering. Here is how we handle refunds, in plain language.

Free reports

The free Finishability Snapshot is free, so no refund applies.

A full refund is available before work begins.
Once work has begun, refunds are handled case by case.
After delivery, refunds are not automatic, because the report is custom work.
We may consider a refund if the report is materially incomplete, unusable, or clearly does not match the paid offer.

This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
